You submit an RFQ
Send us the product, target quantity, target price, destination country, and any specs (materials, tolerances, certifications, packaging). No obligation, no fee. We reply within 24 business hours with clarifying questions or an initial supplier shortlist.
You pay nothing at this stage.
We verify suppliers
For every candidate factory, we pull the Chinese business licence, cross-check the national registration database, verify export licences, and check for ISO 9001 (or industry-specific) certifications. Factories that fail this pre-screen never see your name.
Verification report shared with you before you approve any factory contact.
We negotiate on your behalf
Our Mandarin-native team negotiates unit price, MOQ, payment terms, sample terms, tooling costs (if OEM), lead time, and packaging. You see every quote we get and the final terms — no hidden markup, we invoice a flat sourcing fee instead.
No supplier is paid until you approve the sample and the final quote.
AQL-based quality control
Every order goes through pre-production, during-production, and pre-shipment inspections against internationally recognized AQL sampling standards. Each inspection is a photo-documented PDF report emailed within 24 hours of the visit.
Rejected batches trigger rework at the factory's cost, not yours.
Shipment and customs
We book sea, air, or rail freight, prepare the export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS codes), and hand off to a licensed customs broker in your country if you don't already work with one.

Delivered — and warranted
Your container clears customs and is delivered door-to-door. If the goods don't match the approved sample within 30 days of delivery, we replace, repair, or refund at the factory's expense.
